Located in northwest Pennsylvania, Pinnacle Molds takes your part design and turns it into a production-ready injection mold. Utilizing our highly skilled staff and the latest technology in both manufacturing equipment and software, we are confident that we can provide you top-notch products, service and support.
Whether you need a new mold from scratch, repair of an existing mold or spare parts, no job is too large or too small for us. Your parts will undergo full inspection and sampling prior to being shipped so you can rest assured that you will be getting the parts you need to get your production line up and running.

Engineering is the foundation of all manufacturing. Our engineers will work hand-in-hand with your team to design and develop your mold for optimum performance. Working with the latest version of CAD, our experienced engineering team will help reduce your materials while maximizing functionality of your parts.
Our in-house reverse engineering team can help develop CAD files from old molds in need of repair where the existing CAD files no longer suffice. Working in conjunction with our quality department, you can rest assured that Pinnacle Molds will get you back on track with your CAD library on any mold you send our way.
